  One elevator wasn't working for the entire stay. The first room were given had a faulty door, so they needed to give us a new room. As soon as they had gotten us out of the faulty room, they promptly assigned it to the next guest who we saw bitterly complaining about the malfunctioning door. Very poor attitude on that member of the staff! Everyone else was very kind and helpful.
