Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally steps from Tysons Corner Center mall, which is massive and has everything from Apple Store to high-end dining. The Silver Line Metro is close enough that you can easily get into DC without dealing with the nightmare that is Beltway traffic. Parking is available right at the hotel, which is honestly a relief because finding spots around here can be brutal during peak shopping times. Couples seem to absolutely love the area (I mean, a 9.4 rating speaks for itself), and I get why — there’s plenty to do within walking distance.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was on the 12th floor with a decent view of the surrounding area — nothing spectacular, but you’re not exactly here for mountain vistas. What really impressed me were the beds, and I’m someone who’s pretty picky about sleep quality. They’ve clearly invested in good mattresses and bedding because I actually slept better here than I do at home sometimes. The rooms are well-appointed without being flashy, with all the business traveler essentials like a proper desk setup and reliable WiFi.

Dining & Amenities

The on-site restaurant serves solid American fare — nothing groundbreaking, but the breakfast is dependable and the evening menu has some nice options if you don’t feel like venturing out. What I appreciated was that they actually accommodate dietary restrictions without making a big fuss about it. The fitness center is well-equipped (though it gets busy around 6-7 AM with all the business travelers), and there’s a decent-sized indoor pool that’s usually pretty quiet during the day.

  Excellent location, right next to the Tysons Corner Center mall, walking distance to the Tyson metro station (Silver line), which takes you to Washington DC and the Dulles Airport.
