  Excellent value, clean, spacious studio area.18 minute walk to the Metro, easy to get downtown.
  25 minute walk to good cafe / eatery ( Busboys and Poets).
  Not expensive to uber back in the evenings ( wouldn’t want to walk back from metro at night although there is a bus)
