  The place is clean, spacious, and has all the necessities you will need. It is located on the border to DC so it’s near if you want to visit. A neighbor came to us and was very friendly and gave us insights around the neighborhood and the parking. Street parking is available so first come first served. There are also nearby supermarkets and restaurants and the place is in a quiet neighborhood.

  When me and my family arrived.. The wrong lock box # was giving.. I called Oscar.. He said no one rented it out and I said yes I have the email and they took $694.. So I'm giving the right lock box #.. We go inside around 3:30.. There were no lien on any of the four beds.. No tissue, the shower curtain and rod was on the bathroom floor.. Then I'm called told around 4 the cleaning crew will be there to clean up in 40 minutes.. They didn't arrive until 6:00 or 6:30.. Me and my family.were left in the living room with our things until they finished with out being able to relax at check in for 3 in a half o 4 hours… Was told we didn't deserve a refund by booking.com after explaining to them what happen.. Or even.half back because we did stay after they cleaned up.. And it was an OK place.. Then the power went out on Wednesday while we were sleeping.. But that was fixed fast…. I also called and asked Oscar if I could have a late check out at 2:55pm on Friday..And leave at 4… He says yes.. And at 8:52 pm approximately 8 seconds short of 6 hours. He texts me and says he know he said I could have late check out but someone checking in so we have to leave by 11 am… I told him .. Ummmm no Sir…. I described what it been like since we walked in they door.. The fact his cleaning fee is $231 and that should've never happened.. He replied No.its not its $120… Well that's not what I paid.. Then he said 1 at the lasted or he will call the cops.. I said. Do that.. And I will show them these texts to prove you said we could stay. Then decided after you say yes to drop this on a family from out of town 6 hours later when we already changed our plans to check out.at 4. ..So we stayed… He owed us 3 extra hours from the beginning in the first place.. How disrespectful and unethical to do.. Not have no.empathy.about.your renters but yet.you got paid! And all of it! I don't like at all how we were treated..
