The lobby has this sleek, modern vibe without being cold or intimidating, and you immediately get the sense that someone actually thought about how real people would use this space.

Here’s what I love about this location — you’re literally steps from Nationals Park, which means game days are electric, but it’s also surprisingly quiet when there’s no baseball happening. The waterfront is right there, and I mean actually walkable waterfront with decent restaurants and that nice riverside path. You know what’s really convenient? The Navy Yard Metro station is close enough that you don’t need to think twice about getting downtown, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the usual DC tourist chaos every time you step outside.

The restaurant downstairs serves solid food without the usual hotel markup attitude. The fitness center is well-equipped enough that you won’t feel like you’re missing your usual workout routine.

  The location was nice, the rooms was really nice and spacious. It had a balcony but it was too hot to use it and the view from it wasn't all that impressive. Bed was very comfy too.
