  Cozy place, 2 nice bedrooms quiet most of the day. Total quiet after 10 pm. Close to Wheaton and Silver Spring. Coffee maker can make a pot of coffee or pod (Bring your own). Roku tv service. Bedroom had outlet near the bed (needed for a cpap). I loved the shower. Neighborhood seem quiet, also.

  The property was easy to find, wifi was strong, had a full size working fridge, coffee maker, windows were easy to open from the basement.

  Nothing it was a horrible place to stay it stunk, it was dirty there were bugs and mice and a fridge full of mold. My daughter got sick after 3 days we tried to give her a chance to clean it and treat it and she said blamed it on us said we brought the bugs and mice with us from Texas🤔.

  We booked and paid to stay at this location for one night. After a long flight and a two-and-a-half-hour drive, upon arrival, we were told they gave the room to someone else, so we could not stay there. This is even though they provided us with all check-in instructions and accepted our booking and payment. The reason they gave is they took a week-long booking from Airbnb. Absolutely not acceptable.

  Our stay at Germaine's apartment was really nice. The place felt like home, super cozy and clean. It was quiet, but you could hear some noise through the walls since they're not super thick. But it kinda made us feel even more like part of Germaine's family 🙂 The basement had everything we needed for a chill time. You definitely need a car to get around, but it's only about 30 minutes to DC. Overall, a great place to stay for a relaxing getaway.
